Food: Fusion cuisine based on Aegean flavours, and an excellent selection of Vincento wines. Here, Chef George Bolesis applies new culinary techniques and contemporary presentation methods to traditional locally sourced ingredients from small producers.

Service: The small, friendly service team is very knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions you may have about the food or Santorini in general.

Must try: The hot pumpkin soup with fresh fish broth, sweet wine and crayfish tails; beetroot salad with smoked eel marinated in yuzu, green apple, olives and aioli with Saffron, and the boneless, slow-cooked lamb rack in thyme and rosemary crust with chickpea cream, dried black olives, tomato chutney, green pepper and feta cheese cream.

Ambience: This small, intimate fine dining restaurant in the Kapari Natural Resort hotel has an outdoor area that offers magnificent views of the caldera and nearby islands. The indoor space is also inviting with elegant, yet cosy modern décor. A perfect choice for a romantic dinner.

Average price per person: 75 Euro with a glass of wine
